Contact Us | Lenoir Décor

Lenoir Decor makes oil paintings hand-painted on canvas, and prints, made to order in the size you choose. Choose a painting in the shop, or ask us for a custom painting from your own photograph or idea.

We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to complete your orders efficiently without compromising on quality.

Oil Paintings: A hand-painted oil painting is made in 2 to 4 weeks, depending on its size and complexity.
Prints: A print is made in 2 to 4 business days.

We ship worldwide, free of charge, by express courier (UPS or DHL): your order is delivered in 5 to 7 business days, whatever its size or weight, with no minimum order value and nothing added at checkout. Import duties and taxes charged by your own country remain yours.

You choose how your oil painting arrives: rolled in a tube, stretched on a frame ready to hang, or framed. The price of stretching or framing is shown on the product page when you choose it. A rolled canvas can also be stretched or framed later by a framer near you. A painting over 20 kg ships in a wooden crate, on quote. We do not install paintings, but we are happy to advise you.

You may return any order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If a painting arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
